Please note:
Please do not transfer any money before you have seen the accommodation and/or before meeting the landlord/landlady in person. Be careful with landlords/landladies who supposedly live abroad and therefore ask you to transfer money to a non-German bank account (via bank transfer or other payment service providers). The best way to rent an accommodation is to visit the location, see it with your own eyes and meet the landlord/landlady in person. If you have any doubts, it is better to decline an offer (that sounds too good). If you are unsure about an offer, please do not hesitate to contact us.
