Department 2.5: Service Portals and Information management
The service portals of Heidelberg University bundle the wide array of information and advisory services for students offered by student administration and the Central Student Advisory Office. Using the service portals, German as well as international students, alumni and prospective students can obtain answers to any questions related to student affairs by telephone, e-mail, Internet or in person.
