TECHNICAL CONVENTIONS
Submissions are accepted by electronic mail or on diskette, in ASCII, WordPerfect, or Microsoft Word. Communication by e-mail is strongly encouraged, long files should be attached. Limited HTML markup is suggested for the representation of non-ASCII characters in all documents and formats.
All submissions should begin with the following information:
AUTHOR, TITLE, SUBTITLE, PLACE OF PUBLICATION, PUBLISHER, NUMBER OF PAGES and ISBN / ISSN number of publication under review
NAME of reviewer
DATE of review
KEYWORDS: three keywords (maximum) describing the main contents of the publication
AUTHOR: name of reviewer (again)
AFFILIATION: of reviewer
E-MAIL: of reviewer
CONTACT ADDRESS: full postal address of reviewer
FAX NUMBER: of reviewer (optional)
PHONE NUMBER: of reviewer (optional)
Notes, if needed, should take the form of endnotes rather than footnotes.
