School and studies
On this site you’ll find counselling offers, support and information in all matters connected with studies and careers, funding programmes and conflicts.
We offer individual counselling to students and young academics interested in science in matters of academic and professional career planning. If needed, we arrange the support of a senior partner in times of transition (from school to university, from studies to profession).
Students with children find a wide range of support offers and assistance, provided by the Student Services (“Studentenwerk”), the community of Heidelberg and the state of Baden-Württemberg. In addition, individual counselling is available on issues related to organising studies and family-life, financial assistance, social services and care possibilities.
In unexpected and emergency situations, the Aid Fund offers support in form of one-off funding for research and qualification ventures.
