Gender expertise – training

Gender attributes are formative in operational sequences and routines in organisations. We see stereotypical attributions for women and men associated with diverging perception and evaluation. Gender expertise is a key qualification for academics to identify gender biases and work towards gender equity.

During this training we focus on the basics and goals of gender-mainstreaming and sensitize gender-awareness. Furthermore, we show methods and strategies for their implementation in your daily work.
