Clearing Service “Academia and Family”
In line with its commitment
to support academic career and parenthood, Heidelberg University has put up the Clearing Service Academia and Family. This Service supports recent mothers in negotiating with the head of their department, hospital or research group to work out constructive conditions for the continuation of their academic careers in the following years. During maternal or paternal leave, there is also the option of applying for the recruitment of a temporary substitute.
