Registration Backup Service
Fill in the registration form below to reserve a place at the backup service.
Childcare Options:
Morning 08:00am to 13:00pm
Afternoon 13:00pm to 18:00pm
by the hour, at least 3 hours
all day, up to two days consecutively
Children up to three years are taken care of at the KidsClub INF 370, children from three to six at the day-care centre INF 159.
Fees:
- 5. - Euro per child and hour for members of Heidelberg University
- 8. - Euro per child and hour for others (non-affiliated to the university)
Reservation of a place at the Backup Service:
1. Fill in the registration form (online only!)
- Choose the corresponding facility (KidsClub, Day-care centre)
- Give the date, time and desired period of childcare

After sending in the reservation form you get an answer immediately. If you get a ticket number the place is reserved for you! If the desired place is not available you get a notification.
Cancellation of a reservation (online)
To cancel a reservation fill in the ticket number of your reservation and click on “cancel reservation”. The place will be open for others again.
2. Fill in the information form
Download the information form it in and send it to the Kinderhaus by email or fax 06221 – 54 72 71. You also need to bring it along to the Backup Service (KidsClub or day-care centre) at the beginning of the childcare period.
3. Pay the fee
Please transfer the fee for the childcare service on the account of the Stiftungskasse der Universität Heidelberg
before childcare starts for your child.
Account number 04 93 700, BLZ 672 700 03, order number 69 00 77 0 (indicate the order number as reason for payment). Bring along transfer voucher and information form when you bring your child to the Backup Service.
No cash payment possible!
