Registration Backup Service

1. Reservation of a place at the Backup Service

Download the application form. Send the completed form both to the Kidslub (kidsclub@uni-heidelberg.de) and to the Kinderhaus (kinderhaus@uni-heidelberg.de) and bring it with you at the beginning of the care together with the receipt for the payment of the contribution.

2. Childcare Options

Morning 08:30 a.m. to 13:00 p.m.
Afternoon 13:00 p.m. to 16:00 p.m.
by the hour, at least 3 hours
all day, up to two days consecutively
Children up elementary school are taken care of at the KidsClub INF 370.

3. Fees
•    5. - Euro per child and hour for members of Heidelberg University
•    8. - Euro per child and hour for others (non-affiliated to the university)

4. Pay the fee

Please transfer the fee for the childcare service on the account of the Universität Heidelberg
before childcare starts for your child.
