Diversity Management
The diversity of academics, employees and students at Heidelberg University poses a challenge as well as a potential. The university has to take into account the different backgrounds and lifestyles of all its members in order to offer them equal opportunities in their education or professional careers. But diversity also bears an enormous potential. Integrating different points of view may lead to new solutions and developments.
