Heidelberg University has an online application procedure. Applications for the basic degree programmes are processed through the student administration office of Heidelberg University and must be received by 15 January 2013. Your application and all supporting documents must be at Heidelberg University no later than 15 January 2013. There is no time extension!

Checking the status of your application
German, EU and EEA nationals and foreigners with a German education can check on the status of their application online using the application status query. The online status query can be used only for undergraduate courses of study. The online status query cannot be used for subjects allocated through the central assignment procedure (AdH).
