Serviceportal

The Serviceportal (room 33) is the first point of contact for all current and prospective international students.

Here you will get information on study at Heidelberg University, residency and any other related issues (re-registration, change of study programme, leave of absence, reporting your residence as well as information on student organizations, language courses, advisory services and much more).

All the forms you need for your application, enrolment, change of study programme, leave of absence, address change and exmatriculation, etc. are also available here.

Up-to-date application information for the coming winter semester is available from mid-May and for the summer semester from mid-November.

Enrolled students can also register for the excursions of the International Relations Office at the Serviceportal (room 33).

International Student Advisory Office

The International Relations Office provides advisory services for international students at Heidelberg University. The staff will assist you in administrative issues (application and admission, registration, change of study programme, leave of absence, exmatriculation, etc.), in matters related to organising and financing your studies, health insurance and residency regulations. Special advisory and support services for recipients of DAAD scholarships at Heidelberg University are also available.

You can receive individual and confidential advice on any issue you may have regarding studying or living in Heidelberg during their consultation hours (see right).
