Gender and Diversity Competence Centre
To develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate all diversity management instruments, a Kompetenzzentrum Gender und Diversity (Gender and Diversity Competence Centre) was established in November 2012. The centre brings together established actors, coordinates existing measures and develops further instruments. Additionally, it can assign funding to promote innovative initiatives.
The following institutions have taken a decisive part in the implementation and development of these initiatives and measures:

- Representative body for disabled employees of the University staff council

- University Administration – Human Resources Division
- University Administration – Research Division
- University Administration – International Relations Division
